Gold feels good.
The annual Association of Medical Illustrators meeting, entitled FUSION2013, was in Salt Lake City this year. Members of our team, including Kevin Millar, Vice-President for Production flew down and the team was delighted to accept the top “Award of Excellence” for 2 categories.
A Mechanism of action animation we produced for Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., won for Motion Media, Didactic/Instructional – Commercial.
Our Real-Time PCR Application won for Interactive Media, Didactic/Instructional – Commercial.
“Winning at the AMI Salon awards is a huge honour. We are competing against all the top Medical Visualization agencies in North America. To have our hard work recognized by our colleagues and peers makes me tremendously proud of the great team we have at INVIVO.”
A still from our winning 3-D animation in the Motion Media category.
In addition to being one of the proud Silver Sponsors of the conference this year, our team had an excellent time attending events and talks by people such as Roberta Ness, Carlos Machado, Carl Zimmer and many more.
The INVIVO team.
We learned a lot and came home energized, even though Peter got stuck sitting next to this guy on the plane on the way home:
