
CHALLENGE:
Our client was looking to transition their sales material for Animal Health onto the Veeva iRep platform with a goal of having consistent navigation and a predictable user flow across brands. The challenge was to decide on an approach that would be efficient to create without ever feeling like a template and work for any future eDetail aids and make them easy to build without ever feeling like a template. The navigation would need to allow for quick transitions to relevant content and include engaging interactive elements.
TRANSFORMATION:
We created a program with a strong focus on user experience that allows quick navigation and comprehension of interactive and interconnected content. Taking a non-linear approach to navigation means that information is highly accessible, without overwhelming the user.
RESULT:
Custom guidelines assist in the development of future eDetail aids, ensuring the use of these products is predictable and consistent across their brands. Sales reps are able to convey a customized narrative, better engage doctors in a short amount of time, and leave a lasting impression.
